The Valedictorian for 1966 at Gilman High School is Josephine Roback, daughter
of Stanley Roback of Lublin, Wis. Miss Roback has been an outstanding scholar
and also very active in extra-curricular activities at Gilman. She has been
involved in Forensics, Pep Club, American Field Service, Library Club, Camera
Club, Student Council, National Honor Society and Newspaper staff. Miss Roback
directed the Senior Class Paly, was the Junior representative at Bader Girls
State, and took part in a National Science Foundation Institute in Chemistry at
Loyola University. After graduation she plans on enrolling at the University of
Wisconsin and majoring in Medical Technology.
