Sept. 26, 1947 marks the birth date of another of the illustrious members of the
Class of '66. Born in Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Waukesha, Wis., Lawrence
Thomas White is the fourth of ten children. Larry has always been a roving kind.
He has lived in such places as Waukesha, Loyal, Granton and Chili, before his
family finally decided to settle near Thorp.
Among other things, Larry has been noted for working in the kitchen and he also
helped on the Junior and Senior play production staffs. Larry admits a fondness
for the color Army green. His current favorite food is potato salad, and his
hobbies include hunting and fishing.
His future plans include getting a farm job around the Thorp area and going on
to school later in the field of mechanics. Larry's advice to underclassmen is:
"Stay in school, don't drop out. It's only four years."
