Schultz, Linda L. (Marriage - 2 September 1972)
Miss Linda L. Schultz, the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hallie Schultz of Omro,
formerly of the Neillsville and Granton area, was married September 2, to Thomas
L. Hess. The Rev. H. D. Boyer of Grace Lutheran Church, Omro, officiated at the
2 p.m. ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Leonard O. Schultz and
Mr. and Mrs. Albert R. Hess, all of Omro.
Miss Nancy L. Ehmke was the maid of honor. The bride’s sisters, the Misses Kathy
and Debra Schultz, served as her attendants, together with Pamela Ellis and
Carol Schmude.
Richard Headt acted as bestman. Groomsmen were Ron Schmude, Lawrence Hess,
Joseph Stavler and Donald Kumbier. Jim Schultz, a brother of the bride and
Marlyn Carpenter ushered.
A reception at the Eagles Hall honored the couple.
Following their return from a honeymoon in southern Wisconsin, the newlyweds
will live in Omro. Both are employed in Oshkosh.
