On Jan. 25, 1948 another member of the class of '66 was born. This was Pete
Flashinski, one of a family of 5 boys and 2 girls. In school, Pete has taken
agriculture four years, so it is easy to understand why he calls it his favorite
class. He has also been a member of the FFA throughout high school and is now
its secretary. The National Honor Society, of which Pete is President, has
claimed him as a member for three years. He is also vice-president of the
Student Council and school representative for the American Field Service.
Peter Jokingly says sleeping (especially in class) is his hobby, but he then
seriously added fishing and swimming as his past times. Pete's advice to
underclassmen was very good, he though, but he din't want to reveal it for fear
of being criticized by those who take it.
After graduation Pete will attend Wis. State University at River Falls, where he
will study agriculture.
