One of the most academically successful students in the Senior class is Don
Peters. Primarily interested in science and mathematics and never one to look
for an easy way out, Don took as many difficult classes as were possible in THS,
but still managed to complete the second semester of his senior year with the
second highest scholastic average in the class. In addition to being a fine
scholar, Don took part in baseball and worked on the Junior paper and assumed a
role in the Senior Class play. Don also complied the highest score in the school
in the annual math contest taken this year, and did well in a later contest held
in eau Claire.
Next year Don will attend the University of Wisconsin at Madison. I am sure all
wish Don continued success in his studies.
