The day was Aug. 16, 1948. The place , Kenosha, Wisconsin. The name is Jim
Klovas.
Jim's interest in sports has been demonstrated through his two-year
participation in the Intramural Program, of which in the second year he was
among the top ten scorers. In his senior year Jim was part of the THS football
team and earned a major letter for his efforts.
Ranking among his favorites in school are Shop and Mechanical Drawing. Hunting
and fishing are the ways by which he passes his spare time. Jim say the apple
strudel rates high among his favorite foods.
Like many of his cohorts, Jim plans to attend the Wausau Technical Institute
after graduation.
