Threshing is about all done in this vicinity.
John Krejci and family spent Sunday with Joe Krejci in Fremont.
School began last Tuesday with Miss Lulu Richmond of Levis as teacher.
Mr. Vasko and family called on Schaefer Bros. Friday evening.
J. Schaefer and E. Diercks were overcome with dust while threshing and Dr. Ross
was called.
Mrs. J. Kotchy returned last week from a two weeks’ visit in Chicago.
Louis Lastofka returned to his home in Neillsville after spending the summer
with his uncle, Peter Krejci.
Ed. Kubat of Kansas City is here visiting his brothers, John and Frank Kubat.
Alvin Vincent spent Sunday at home.
The much needed rain was greatly appreciated.
