The Wausau Technical Institute will soon receive Jerry Buss, a THS Senior, as a
student. Jerry intends to take courses on farm mechanics and the repair of farm
machinery. While in high school, Jerry was active in the FFA and Junior Dairymen
Association; his interests also range from horseback riding (which has already
given him one broken leg) to the tinkering joys connected with cars and
mechanics. This dark-haired senior's advice to underclassmen is, "Stay in school
and have fun while you can." And it is evident that Jerry has followed his own
words of wisdom during four years of high school. After he attends vocational
school, Jerry plans to enlist in the United States Air Force to "see the world."
