Mrs. Pauline Dmytro returned on Feb. 19th from Chicago, where she visited with her sons, Mike, John and Walter and their families, and traveling to Michigan, where she spent a few days with her daughter, Mrs. Don Webster, and family. Mrs. Dmytro also visited with her son Leo of West Allis, Wis., before returning him.

Mr. Adolph Kovar, 84, passed away Feb 21st. 1966. Funeral services were held at St. Stanislaus church on Thursday, Feb. 24th. David McVey, Ed Judycki, Art Hansen, Ed Wolowick, Art Erickson and John Slbodnik were the pallbearers. Interment was in the church cemetery.

The band parents of the Gilman school are sponsoring a cake walk and card party in the school gym March 6th, beginning at 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Smear, 500 and pinochle are some of the games to be played. A donation of 59 cents is requested to be used in the purchase of summer band jackets. Lunch will be served.

Mr. Walter Lewandowski passed away Saturday, Feb. 26th, 1966 from a lingering illness at the Stanley Hospital. Mr. Lewandowski was interred at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery on Tuesday, March 1st.

The Lublin Boy Scouts were honored at a banquet at the Lublin School last Saturday evening. The mothers prepared and served, and the boys performed K.P.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Reyzer, Mr. Joe Wojdyla and Mrs. Mike Lencz spent Sunday fishing at Chetek.
