A benefit party will be held on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. March 13, 1966 at
St. Mary's Catholic Church, Junction (Clark Co., Wis.), for Donald Holewinski,
son of Mr. and Mrs. John Holewinski Jr.
The little boy, who will be five years old on March 20th, is suffering from
nephritis, a disease of the kidneys. He has been ill since July and was
hospitalized at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield for some time.
He is home with his parents now, but must have treatments each week at the
Marshfield Clinic, treatments which cost $30 each, and which are not covered by
hospitalization insurance. It has already cost the young couple over $2,200.
The benefit party will be a variety party and cake walk, and the proceeds will
be used for Donnie's treatment.
