Schmidt, William (1904? – 4 MAR 1966)

William Schmidt of 4754 42nd St., Milwaukee, 61 years old, a former Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, passed away March 4, 1966, beloved husband of Bernice (nee Holochwost), fond father of Sister M. Erminold, O.S.F., of Skokie, Ill., sister Mr. Marthene, O.S.F., of Chicago, Ill., and Sister William Marie, S.M., Misericordia Juniorate, Milwaukee; brother of Madelyn Eastway and Henry J. Schmidt; son-in-law of John and Martha Holochwost. Sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral was Tuesday, March 8th, 9:30 a.m. from Jelacic Funeral Home, 5639 W. Hampton Ave., to Holy Redeemer Church at 10 a.m. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery.

He was a member of United Federation of Postal Clerks, Holy Name Society, ushers society, booster club and parish vigil.
