Madonna Carol Walczyk, who transferred to Thorp as a sophomore from Gilman territory, gives her bith place and birth date as Chippewa Falls on June 17th, 1948. Madonna, an active green-eyed blond whose hobbies are sleeping, sewing and bicycling, has added much to the class of '66. During her years at THS she has been a member of the FHA, GAA, Library Club, and Pep Club. She has also worked on the Junior paper and yearbook staffs, and on the Junior and Senior play production crews. Forensics, chorus, and 4-H work have occupied her time. Her FHA chapter award won during her junior year is one of Madonna's proudest accomplishments.
