Kruger, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert (21 June 1919 - 21 June 1969)
Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert C. Kruger, route 2, Loyal, celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary June 21st by having dinner with their immediate family at the Bali
Hi Supper Club, Neillsville and open house at their home Sunday, June 22 from 2
to 5 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Kruger were married at Appleton June 21, 1919 and have farmed in
the Town of Loyal for 50 years.
Mr. Kruger was a member on the former Mack School board for many years and also
assessor for the Town of Loyal.
They have three children, Dorothy (Mrs. Gilbert Loos), Route ,1 Loyal; Jack,
Route 2, Loyal and Richard, San Antonio, Texas.
The Krugers have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Out of town guests at the dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Boettcher, Appleton,
Wis., Mrs. Boetcher being the bridesmaid at the wedding; Mrs. Phyllis Johnson,
Coos Bay, Oregon, Mrs. Kruger's sister and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kruger, San
Antonio, Texas.
Guests at the Open House were from Loyal, Adams, Grand Marsh and Chippewa Falls.
