Ernie Olson and children of Berwyn, Ill., spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Pozega, Sr. and in Fairchild with the Ronald Olson family.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hurt and daughter of Louisiana came last Sunday to visit her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ignatz Sladich, the Tony Gosar family and Mrs. Mary Gosar.
The following attended the wedding last Saturday in Milwaukee of Patricia Horvat
and Steve Koszuth: Mrs. Roger Djubenski, Mrs. Anna Horvat, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell
Ziegler and daughters of Neillsville, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Abel and Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Tolaney, Sr., of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. Val Krainz and Ruth, Mr. and
Mrs. John Trunkel, Jr., Mrs. Lucille Lunka and Mrs. Stanley Suda and Pam.
Vic’s Garage and Silver Dollar softball teams were entertained last Sunday night
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Halbrader. They were guests at a supper and
there was some entertainment.
Last Thursday Mrs. Victor Halbrader and her sister, Mrs. Harold Kieffer,
attended the funeral of their cousin in Stevens Point. Burial was made in
Oshkosh.
Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Marincic arrived home from a week’s trip last Wednesday. They
visited Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Jordan in Mendota, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Bruksch in
Glenview, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Tony Hribar in Chicago, Ill., and Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Mantz in Willis Springs, Ill.
