Mrs. James Archambo and her father, Henry Frome Sr., spent Saturday and Sunday
with Henry Frome Jr. at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. He suffered a crushed
knee and severe body bruises and cuts in a car collision Friday night around
10:30 p.m. in Colby, near the grade school. Henry Reeves of Colby, driver of the
other car also received cuts and bruises.
Mrs. Lloyd Olson and infant daughter are expected home from St. Joseph’s
Hospital, Marshfield, Friday afternoon. Miss Anne Terrio, who has been here at
the Olson home for several weeks, will then return to Madison.
Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Michaelis and daughter Eileen of Etna, Pa., are turning home
today after a visit with the George Greaser home. Mrs. and Michaelis and Mrs. G.
Greaser are sisters.
Mrs. Fred Harris, Colby, spent Friday with Mrs. Louis Maruitz.
Miss Frieda Schueler returned Friday from Wausau, where she had been with her
mother, Mrs. August Schueler at Memorial Hopsital. Mr. Schueler and Mrs. and
Mrs. Clarence Gosse visited with Mrs. Schueler on Friday.
Mrs. Chet Knight and daughter Corrine spent Friday afternoon at Owen.
