Mr. and Mrs. E.L. Boyer, Mrs. O. Elton and daughter Helen were Eau Claire
visitors Saturday.

A large crowd was present at the PTA meeting Friday evening to hear Dr. Dike's
interesting lecture on preventative and chemical diseases.
Mesdames J. Capes and T. Adams visited the Gould home Wednesday afternoon.
Miss Anna Pomputus and Bernard Pautz were married at Thorp Wednesday. Best
wishes are extended for a happy wedded life.
Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Elton and daughter Helen were entertained at dinner at the Ed
Poppe home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Thorson and family and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stapel and family
helped Tobias Thorson celebrate his birthday Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Scherf and daughter Charlotte called at Elton's Wednesday
afternoon.
Mrs. Jess Capes and Mrs. Fred Scherf attended a shower Thursday p.m. given by
Mrs. Clyde Ward and Mrs. Milton Collier in honor of Mrs. Russell Strokirch.

evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Tesmer and family of Neillsville visited at the Ernest Gosse
home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Farwell and Justin McCarty were callers at the D.R. Spry
home Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. D.R. Spry and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Farwell made a business trip to
Neillsville and Granton Saturday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Jess Capes and family and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Scherf and daughter
Charlotte were entertained at dinner at the Ed Lange home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Spry, Lloyd Spry and family and Mrs. Violet Walleck and
daughter Maxine, of Graton, visited Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. D.R.
Spry.
