Michael John, who weighed eight pounds two ounces upon arrival, joins four sisters and one brother at home. Grand parents are Dr. and Mrs. George Dolak Sr., Springfield, Ill., and Mr. and Mrs. Theo Pankow, Watertown, Wis. The baby has one great grand mother, Mrs. Christine Pakan, Shamrock, Tex.
