Dr. M.E. Aaberg of Peoria, Ill. And Miss Frenchy Sahlie of Mankato, Minn. were
united in marriage March 16, 1934 at Peoria, Ill.
Miss Sahlie graduated from a four year course at Red Wing, Minn., Lutheran
Seminary, graduated from Nurses Training School at Fairview Hospital,
Minneapolis, in 1931, and the past two years has been school nurse at the
teachers college in Mankato, where she has also been taking a two year course.
Dr. Aaberg, is a son of Rev. and Mrs. M.K. Aaberg of Greenwood, and has a
position with the Medical Staff at the Hanna Clinic in Peoria, Ill. He is a
graduate of the local (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.) high school, the University
at Madison and for some time worked at the Northwester Hospital in Chicago.
