The Hemlock Ladies Aid meets with Mrs. Frank Hemmersbach on Wednesday, July
11th.
Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwarze and son Donald spent Sunday at Neillsville.
George Speich and son Kenneth called at the John Speich home Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Vine and Lon Huckstead, who has been visiting at the Vine home
of ra few days, attended a family reunion with other relatives from here, at the
home of Mrs. Ed Shupe in Loyal Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Loos and Mrs. Loss' mother, Mrs. Schnell of Kiel, Wis. Spent
Sunday afternoon at the Albert Herr home.
Mr. and Mrs. George Einfeldt and daughters spent Sunday at the Chas. Varney
home.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Abel attended the 35th wedding anniversary party held Thursday
evening for Mr. and Mrs. Bill Abel. Joe and Francis Herr furnished the music for
the evening.
Sunday guests at the Walter Durst home were Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Karnitz, Mr. and
Mrs. Ed Karnitz and family, Alvin Durst and Rose Maddie of Neillsville, and Mr.
and Mrs. Herman Damrow of the West Side.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bushnell of Beaver were Sunday visitors at the Clarence Dunn
home.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kind and family called at the Hebert Spencer home Sunday
afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Flikke and family and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Voie called at the
Windom home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Horn called at the Longridge home Tuesday evening.
Mrs. Victor Krokson is visiting at the home of her sister, Mrs. Gjonnes, at
Frederick, Wis.
Monday dinner guests at the Durst home were Misses Bernice and Helen Durst of
Plymouth and Mrs. Wm. Meihak and daughters of Neillsville.
Mrs. Ivan Hemminger and family of Holcombe visited her brothers and sisters, the
Windom's, Sunday.
Walter Durst returned from the hospital Tuesday of last week. He is able to be
about most of the day now.
Jos. Herr accompanied friends Sunday on a trip to Westboro to visit friends who
have cattle grazing there.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Limprecht and daughters called at the Durst home Sunday
evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Speich called at the Geo. Buker home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Otis Stowe and family and Lila Dunn called at the Harris Jolivette
home Thursday evening.
Delores Herr called on Dragica Perman Friday afternoon.
Mrs. Voie, Nelda and Helen Windom called on Mrs. Markee and Nina one day last
week.
Lila Dunn and Clara Stowe called on the latter's aunt, Mrs. Albert Ehlert,
Thursday night.
Harold Stowe called on Frank Walters of Coxie Tuesday.
Juen Vie is employed at the John Olson Home.
Verland Barrett called on Otis Stowe Thursday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Klinke and family called at the Dick Braun home Sunday
afternoon.
Delores Herr, Martha and Anna Mikottis, Jean and Virginia Warren called on the
Perman girls Sunday.
Donnie Decker spent several days last week with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
H. Kepke, while his parents were moving into the Peterson building in town.
Rob Raatz had dinner at the Stowe home Thursday.
