Wedding vows were exchanged by Miss Betty Jane Christophersen and Robert Duane
Clark, on Saturday, June 21, at 2 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church,
Greenwood. Mrs. Donald Werner was the organist.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Christophersen and Mr. and Mrs
Donald Clark, both of Greenwood.
The Rev. Arvid Myhrwold officiated at the nuptials and the bride was given in
marriage by her father.
For her wedding day the bride chose a chmpagne-colored crepe A-line gown with
short capped veil and her flowers were yellow roses with daisies.
Miss Patricia Rassmussen, Greenwood, was maid of honor, and she was seen in
Melon-colored crepe dress with matching headpiece with veil, and her bouquet
contained daisies and baby's breath.
James Behrens, Greenwood, was the best man. Ushering the guests were Richard
Clark and Gordon Lee Christophersen.
The American Legion Hall at Greenwood was the scene of the wedding reception.
The young couple both attended Greenwood High School. He is employed in
Marshfield as a truck driver for Silvercote. The couple will reside in
Greenwood.
