Miss Sharon Lynn Humphrey, Dallas, Wis., became the bride of Peter James
Brockhaus, Milwaukee, in a lawn wedding ceremony June 20 at the home of the
bride’s parents.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brockhaus, route 1, Colby, and Mr.
and Mrs. Merwyn B. Humphrey, Dallas.
Miss Pamela Jean Humphrey served as maid of honor, and Miss Susan Eileen
Humphrey was the bridesmaid. Paul Brockhaus was best man and Phillip Humphrey
was the groomsman.
The ceremony was followed by a reception at the home of the bride’s parents. The
couple honeymooned at Island Lake, Wis., and are presently making their home at
1026 E. Pleasant St., Apt. 305, Milwaukee. The bride attended Stout state
university, and now works as a receptionist for the Insurance Center, Inc., at
Milwaukee. The groom received his education at the Milwaukee institute of
technology. He is employed as a draftsman for Richard Blake and Assoc.,
architects, Milwaukee.
