Mrs. W. D. Lofland and son returned Tuesday from a three weeks visit at Highwood
with her sister, Mrs. Frank Gesulado, and at Chicago Heights with her
father-in-law, R. Lofland and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hills, Loyal, spent Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Hills.
Callers in the evening were Mr. and Mrs. George Rogers and sons, Keith and Percy
of Osseo, and Miss Deverne Moltzau of Strom.
Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Schmirler and family spent Wednesday with relatives at
Wuerzburg.
Mrs. Fred Toelle and son Dale spent last week at Harpers Lake.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Strebe, Marshfield, and Mrs. Joe Moore, Wisconsin Rapids, were
weekend visitors at the Charles Brown home.
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Weidman entertained the members of her family Sunday in honor
of the christening of their infant son, Alfred Edwin and the return of her
brother, Sgt. Arnold Mueller, from overseas.
Mr. and Mrs. Chet Knight and three children, Ramona, Eggert, and Owen, attended
the fair at Wausau.
