Row, Leela Dielle (28 OCT 1916 - 28 AUG 2014)
Leela Dielle Row, infant daughter of Jedidiah and Kendra (Jari) Row, died on
Thursday, Aug. 7 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn., following a
year-long struggle with Leigh's Syndrome, a form of Mitochondrial disease.
Leela was born on July 25, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.
During her brief time with us, she was surrounded by her loving family and
friends. Every day she was showered with hugs and kisses. Leela's life had a
profound effect on everyone who knew her. She left a giant hole that will not be
filled until we meet with her again.
Leela will be greatly missed by her parents, Jed and Kendra of Osseo: siblings,
Meadow and Dexter; paternal grandparents, Douglas and Melissa Row of Osseo;
maternal grandparents, Sandra Hattlestad of Wausau and Kevin Jari of Wausau;
paternal great-grandparents, Iris Detweiler of Akron, Ohio, Eugene Row of Osseo,
Patricia Meyer of Osseo, Carl and Jean Perkins of Milwaukee; maternal
great-grandparents, Ronald and Helen Busse of Dorchester, Lou Ann Jari of
Medford; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services for Leela will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16 at Osseo
Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Jon Kubetz officiating. Burial will be in
Osseo Cemetery.
Schiefelbein Funeral Home in Osseo assisted the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to help defray
medical expenses.
