Ludwigson, Mr./Mrs. Art (Silver – 24 NOV 1946)

On Sunday, Nov. 24, 1946, following the service at the Trondhjem Lutheran Church, the congregation gathered at the home of Mrs. Anna Elmer to help Mr. and Mrs. Art Ludwigson of Milwaukee, who were visiting there, celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.

A pot luck dinner was served and the afternoon was spent in visiting. A purse of money was presented to Mr. and Mrs. Ludwigson as a remembrance from the group.

Miss Hugh Hembre, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Iver Hembre, was united in marriage to Art Ludwigson at the Trondhjem Lutheran Church on Nov. 24, 1921. Rev. M.K. Aaberg officiated.

To this union were born five daughters, Mildred Marjorie, Donna Mae, Edna and Janet, and one son, Walter.

The Gleaner joins their many relatives and friends in wishing them many more years of happy wedded life.
