Mr. and Mrs. William Fahrenbach of Abbotsford greeted relatives and friends
Saturday afternoon and evening, Sept. 17, in observance of their 25th wedding
anniversary.
The former Hazel A. Stewart and William Fahrenbach were married at Withee on
September 20, 1941. Three of the attendants at the original ceremony were
present: Mr. and Mrs. Leo Stewart, Withee, and Mrs. Eldred Schraufnagel, Tomah.
Mrs. Farhenbach was attired in an aqua chiffon over taffeta cocktail dress with
matching shoes and wore a yellow lipped orchid. Mrs. Schraufnagel wore beige and
Mrs. Stewart a burgundy cocktail dress and suit respectively, with complimenting
corsages.
The anniversary cake, baked by Mrs. John Nikolay, and decorated by Miss Elsie
Bremer, Abbotsford, was cut by Mrs. C. O. Albert, Owen. Mrs. Alfred Frost,
Withee, furnished and arranged the flowers for the tables and decorative
displays. Three nieces, the Misses Nancy and Sheila Stewart and Mrs. Clayton
Braun Jr., attended the punch bowl, guest book and gift table.

Mr. and Mrs. Fahrenbach make their home in Abbotsford where Mrs. Fahrenbach is
employed as a bookkeeper at the Abbotsford Hardware store. Mr. Fahrenbach is
employed in the meat department at the IGA store at Colby.
