Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at St. James Catholic church, Oakfield, for Jerry S. Jerabek, 79, Oakfield, a former resident of Abbotsford, who died October 8. The Rev. Joseph Mueller officiated and burial was in the Avoca cemetery, Oakfield, of which he was president. Kohls Funeral Home handled funeral arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, and 10 children: four sons, Irving and Arnold, West Allis, Richard, Oakfield and Douglass, North Fond du Lac, six daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Bernice) Mauer and Mrs. Delores Priebe, Algoma, Mrs. Bernadine Hanus, Milwaukee, Mrs. Burnetta Leichtnam, Abbotsford, Mrs. Harvey (Elaine) Novotny and Mrs. William (Dorothy) Jerabek, Kewaunee; one brother, John, at Kewaunee, and one sister, Mrs. Anna Poehls, Algoma; 42 grand children and 17 great grand children.

Many relatives and friends attended the services.
