Shortville (12 Oct 1916)
The farmers of this town hauled home their car load of coal Thursday and Friday.
H. Knudtson is selling hay these days.
Linton and Galbreath are hauling gravel for cement bridges.
A family is moving onto the Chas. Wallace farm.
Miss Alice Hill returned to her home in Sherwood Monday.
The sheriff called in South Washburn Monday.
By the looks of the old house on the corner, he is still alive and intends to
stay that way for a while at least.
