Dittman, Edward (? – 26 OCT 1916)

Thursday this community was grieved to learn of the death of Ed. Dittman. He had been sick for the past two months, but was gaining slowly and was able to be about. Tuesday night he was taken worse and died Thursday. Ed. had lived among us since boyhood and was liked by all. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife and baby boy, his mother, two brothers, John and Charley, and two sisters, Mrs. Will Wilson and Mrs. R. Kenyon. The funeral was held Saturday at the home, Rev. Remena of Loyal officiating. The remains were taken to Millston Sunday and there laid to rest beside his father and brother.
