------ Kuehling, Otto Henry (14 MAR 1889 – 02 NOV 1966)
Funeral services for Otto H. Kuehling, 77, route 1, Unity, were held Saturday,
Nov. 5, at the Trinity Lutheran church, Unity. The Rev. Robert Sutherland
officiated, and burial was in the Brighton town cemetery. Mr. Kuehling died
shortly before midnight Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Memorial Nursing Home,
Neillsville. Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, handled funeral arrangements.
Otto Henry Kuehling was born March 14, 1889, at Unity, where he received his
education. He married Amanda Glaman, who died Jan. 10, 1964. He spent his entire
life farming in the Unity area. He served for a period as a member of the Clark
county board, and as chairman of the town of Unity. He was a member of the
Trinity Lutheran church.
Surviving are three sons, Richard and Norman of Unity, and Harold of Chicago;
two brothers, Walter and William, Tomahawk; one sister, Mrs. Ed (Frieda) Tesmer,
Tomahawk; 13 grand children, and three great grand children. He was preceded in
death by his wife, one brother and four sisters.
