Hanson, Shirley J. (Marriage - 3 February 1973)

Miss Shirley J. Hanson became the bride of Randy C. Krehmeyer Saturday, February 3, in a double-ring ceremony performed at the United Methodist Church by the Rev. Melvin Nickel. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Earl E. Hanson and Mr. and Mrs. Merle Krehmeyer, both of Rt. 2 Neillsville.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride approached the altar in a floor-length gown complimented by a shoulder-length veil. She carried an arrangement of pink roses and white carnations.

The couple’s attendants were Mr and Mrs. Gary Krehmeyer. Jerry Krehmeyer served as usher. Soloist Mrs. Betty Schultz was accompanied by Mrs. Iris Musil.

A reception for 30 guests was held at the home of the groom.

The newlyweds are both graduates of Neillsville High School and he employed locally. The will make their home on Rt. 2 Neillsville, upon the return from a wedding trip.
