Funeral services for Carl Joseph Goessl, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Goessl, route 1, Curtiss, were held Saturday at the St. Louis Catholic church, Dorchester. The Rev. Gerald Schuh officiated, and burial was in the Dorchester Memorial cemetery. Carl died at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, of a brain tumor, at St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield. He had been ill for three days.

Carl Joseph Goessl was born Aug. 1, 1964, at St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield. His mother is the former Margaret Danen. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Donald, and two sisters, Karen and Lisa, all at home; his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Goessl, Curtiss, and Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Danen, Stetsonville, and his great grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Meyer, Medford.
