Huber, Dora F. (18 JAN 1915 – 30 MAR 2013)

Dora F. Huber, 98, of Reedsburg, formerly of Spencer, died on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Sauk County Heath Care Center in Reedsburg. She was born on January 18, 1915 in the Township of Brighton, Marathon Co., Wis., the daughter of Charles & Alvina (Luepke) Oelrich. She attended country school. On Dec. 15, 1932 she was married to Arthur G. Huber in Spencer. Dora was a skilled organist and played the pipe organ at both St. John's and Trinity Lutheran Churches in Spencer. She was employed at Land O' Lakes in Spencer. Dora Crocheted many beautiful things and she enjoyed bowling. She spent her later years in Reedsburg to be closer to her son and his family. Dora was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Reedsburg.

Survivors include a daughter, Nancy (Terry) Stevens' her sister, Lucille (Pilz) Sienicki; her grandchildren, Mark, Brad and Rick Huber, Curt and Rhonda Stevens; her great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Art, on Aug. 22, 2002; her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Helen Huber; three brothers, Alfred, Verner and Arnold Oelrich; as well as three sisters, Arvilla Neumann, Hilda Seefeldt and Erma Sienicki.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013, at the Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home in Spencer, with Pastor Kurt Klingbeil officiating. Interment will be in the West Spencer Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.

The Hoof Funeral Home in Reedsburg is serving the family.
