Columbia (1 March1973)

Reports are that the former Votava house was occupied by out-of-town snowmobilers.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Bohnhoff visited Georgeana Schulz last week Wednesday afternoon at Memorial Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. George Mashin and Tara visited Anne Eastman in Neillsville Friday evening.

Harvey Sherman of Altoona visited Mr. and Mrs. William Sollberger Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Kolbrak, also of Altoona, visited the Sollbergers Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Vernon Peterson of Ripon drove here Friday to supervise the removal of their house trailer and its replacement by a larger mobile home. She was joined by other Petersons Saturday afternoon.

Three coyotes will roam Columbia valley no longer. They left via hounds and hunters early last week (a coyote is a prairie wolf).
