Greenwood (15 March 1973)
Mrs. Don Warner and Mrs. Palmer Vinger of Greenwood, and Mrs. Evelyn Overman of
Neillsville, have returned after a five-week vacation in Florida. Mrs. Glen
Drew, who accompanied them to Florida, went from there to spend a month at
Sumter, S.C., with her son-in-law and daughter, Maj. and Mrs. Carl Ackermann,
and sons, Richard and James.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Puckett were their son, Timothy, and Miss
Jean Knutson of La Crosse, and their grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Zank of
Milwaukee.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Telford and daughters and Bill Warner, of Eau Claire, spent
Sunday with their mother and grandmother, Mrs. Don Warner.
The Senior citizens of Greenwood will meet in the Clark Electric building today,
Thursday at 1 o’clock. Hostess will be Mrs. Hubert Kuehn, Mrs. Alice Perkins and
Mrs. Ernest Vollrath.
