Miss Sylvia Kile, who has been employed at the Hattlestad home near Curtiss,
returned home Wednesday.
A community Thanksgiving dinner was given at the Wm. Mayenschein home. Dinner
was served to about 96 people.
Those who spent their vacation here are: Arthur Taylor, Bernard and Gladys
Parmeter, Ethel Reineke and Lois Cole.
Miss Salome Winterer is employed at the Robert Haas home.
Mrs. Geo. Steinhaus and son, who have been visiting here at the Cole home, have
returned to their home at Montello.
Roy Morrison has come to Owen where he has employment.
Mrs. Ivan Barnes and Maude Winterer spent Friday p.m. at the Cole home.
J.M. Kile Sr. and family are moving into the house recently vacated by Mr. and
Mrs. Bert Morrison.
