L.S. Butcher began operating his sawmill last Monday.
Joe Kabol assisted at Zallar's store a few days last week while they were doing
spring cleaning and decorating.
G.P. Campbell planed lumber for F. Perovsek's new barn, which he intends to
build this spring.
The game warden was in our vicinity a few days ago and found several violating
the trapping law.
The R.R. crew worked all day Sunday with some help from Willard digging ice and
snow from the cut below Willard. We might have train service soon.
The sale at Zupancic's was well attended and things sold well considering the
times.
Mr. and Mrs. Campbell called at Dennis Barrouson's Sunday.
John Ramosh was taken to the Sacred Heart Hospital at Eau Claire one day last
week. He is suffering a growth on his head.
Frank Backus was in Marshfield a few days last week.
Geo. Hintz made a business trip to Greenwood one day the past week.
Gregor Celesnik made a trip to Greenwood last Thursday.
