March 10, 1949 was a bad day for almost all types of businesses, except in the case of the baby market, where production was booming. With this boom came Doug Mikolainis. After eighteen years growth, he has attained the height of 6 feet, has green eyes and brown hair.

He has graced Thorp High with his presence these past four years by being the Prom King, a captain in boys' intramurals this year, a class officer, voicing his views in Student Council and participating in the Junior Class play. All this vigorous action rouses his stomach for the eating of venison and onion rings.

He knows time flies, so he advises underclassmen to have all the fun you can, but don't become too involved. Eau Claire Vocational School is in his plans for the future.
