------ Neuenfeldt, William (01 DEC 1892 – 23 DEC 1966)
Funeral services for William Neuenfeldt, 74, rural Dorchester, were held
Tuesday, December 27, at Maurina Funeral Home, Dorchester. Burial was in the
Dorchester cemetery. Mr. Neuenfeldt died Friday evening, December 23, at
Abbotsford, of an apparent heart attack.
William Neuenfeldt was born December 1, 1892, in the town of Johnson. His
marriage to Frieda Klein took place April 8, 1920, in the town of Greenwood.
Following their marriage, the couple farmed in the town of Mayville, and Mr.
Neuenfeldt worked for the railroad for many years. He was a veteran of World War
I.
Surviving are his wife, Frieda; three sons, Howard and Larry, Dorchester, and
LeRoy, at home; four daughters, Mrs. Earl (Verna) Schmidt, Medford, Mrs. Glen
(Elvira) Molzner, Germantown, Mrs. Ray (Violet) Wagner, Owen, and Mrs. Clifford
(Dorothy) Stephens, Marshfield; one sister, Mrs. Alvina Yessa, route 1, Edgar;
two brothers, Fred, Stanley, N. Dak., and Edwin, Elkhorn; one half-brother,
Henry Ewan, Athens; 24 grand children, and one great grand child. He was
preceded in death by two sons, one sister and one brother.
