------ Trestik, Josephine (02 JAN 1885 – 16 DEC 1966)
Mrs. Josephine Trestik, 81, Barrington, Ill., the wife of Frank Trestik, and a
former Milan resident, died December 16 at an Illinois hospital following a
lingering illness. Funeral services were held December 19 at St. Anne Catholic
church, Barrington, and burial was in the All Saints cemetery, Des Plaines, Ill.
The former Josephine Wucha, Mrs. Trestick was born January 2, 1885, at English
Lake, Ind. Her marriage to Frank Trestik took place December 31, 1905, at
Chicago.
The couple made their home at Milan for a number of years before moving to
Illinois in 1921. They were members of St. Thomas Catholic church in Milan.
Surviving Mrs. Trestik, in addition to her husband, are four sons, John, Alfred,
Raymond and Frank Trestik, all of Barrington; two daughters, Mrs. James
(Lucille) Walsh, Barrington, and Sister Mary Magdeline, Chilton, Wis.; 13 grand
children, and one sister, Mrs. Mae Oestriecher, Chicago. She was preceded in
death by two daughters, Miss Elsie Trestik and Mrs. Helen Goff.
