Weyhmiller, Otto (26 MAR 1887 - 25 SEP 1967)
Funeral services were held at Loyal Saturday for Otto Weyhmiller, 80, Loyal
(Clark Co., Wis.), former Clark County Highway Commissioner, who died Thursday
at 6:15 a.m., at the home of a son, Kenneth, in Wausau.
The Rev. Fr. Norbert King, pastor of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Loyal,
officiated at the Myre Funeral Home. Burial was in the Loyal Cemetery.
Mr. Weyhmiller was born March 26, 1887 in the Town of Sherman and lived in Loyal
most of his life. He married Mabel Anderson in 1914.
Mr. Weyhmiller worked as a cement contractor until 1921, and was then elected as
County Highway Commissioner. He held that position until 1944, and returned to
that office again in 1949, and served until his retirement in 1963.
Otto Weyhmiller is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Keith Krier, Minneapolis,
Minn.; two sons, Maurice, Berkeley, Calif., and Kenneth, Wausau' 15
grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Emma Lipke, Mendota, Ill., Mrs. Clyde
Hudson, Santa Rosa, Calif. And Mrs. Della Kopka, Alameda, Calif.
