Miss Betty Biddle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Biddle, became the bride of
Dennis Moskiewicz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Moskiewicz on Saturday, May 6th at
St. Bernard's Church, Thorp. Father Brockman performed the 10:30 a.m. double
ring ceremony.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a street length dress of
acetate nylon with lace ensemble and wore matching gloves and shoes. Her veil
was held by a gown and she wore a cymbidium orchid with pink sweetheart roses.
Mrs. JoAnn Moskiewicz, sister-in-law of the groom, of Stevens Point, was matron
of honor, wearing a paisley print dress with hot pink accessories. Her corsage
was of pink sweetheart roses.
Peter Moskiewicz of Stevens Point was his brother's best man. A dinner was
served for the immediate family and in the evening a reception was held at the
groom's parents for relatives and friends.
The couple will reside in Fort Bragg, N.C., where the groom is presently serving
in the U.S. Airborne Division.
