Mr. and Mrs. Mayland Ogurek, rural Thorp (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, announce the
engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Shirley G. Ogurek, 815
Garfield Street, Madison, to James O. Evrard, Madison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orvin
Evrard, Oconto Falls, Wis.
Miss Ogurek graduated from the Wausau Technical Institute in 1965 with a
Business Administration Degree, and is now a secretary in the College of
Agriculture at the University her in Madison.
Mr. Evrard attended Superior State University and the University of Wisconsin,
where he received a BS degree in 1964. After undergoing training at the
University of Washington, Seattle, Mr. Evrard served 2 years as a Peace Corps
Volunteer in Peru. He is presently a graduate student at the University, in the
Department of Wildlife Ecology.
An Aug. 26th wedding is being planned at St. Mary's Polish National Catholic
Church in Lublin, Wis.
