Donald D. Weideman, son of Ralph A. Weideman, route 1, Owen (Clark Co.), Wis., is promoted to Master Sergeant during ceremonies in German, June 12, 1967.

Presenting the insignia is Sergeant Major Albert E. Musard, House District Sergeant Major.

Sgt. Weideman is chief clerk in the Supply and Maintenance Branch, U.S. Army Garrison, Hesse District. He entered the Army in September 1947 and was stationed at Ft. Hood, Texas before arriving overseas in August 1965, on this tour of duty.

Sgt. Weideman completed his high school education through the General Education Development Test.

His wife, Kimi, is with him in Germany.

Sgt. Weideman has received the Army Commendation
