------ Dietsche, Felix V. (07 MAY 1906 – 13 JAN 1967)
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic church, Owen, for
Felix Victor Dietsche, 60, who died Friday night, January 13, at his home in
Owen. Burial was in the Riverside cemetery at Withee.
Mr. Dietsche was born May 7, 1906, in the town of Sherman, Clark county, and
received his education at St. Mary’s Catholic school, Colby. His marriage to
Rhea Colby took place October 16, 1939, at St. Bernard’s Catholic church,
Abbotsford. For the past 43 years Mr. Dietsche had been employed on the section
crew of the Soo Line Railroad. He was a member of Holy Rosary church and its
Holy Name Society.
Survivors include his wife, five brothers, Edward, Sheboygan, Ben, Chippewa
Falls, Vincent, Sylvester and Daniel, all of Stevens Point, and three sisters,
Miss Florence Dietsche, Mrs. Frances Schoch and Mrs. Stanley (Bernice) Koska,
all of Stevens Point.
