Mr. and Mrs. Clint Bates called on Mr. and Mrs. George Cendt at Wausau on
Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Lurhresen and daughter Donna Glee of Mondovi, came Saturday
to visit Mr. and Mrs. August Luhreson and Mr. and Mrs. August Luhresen Jr. they
remained until Sunday.
Miss Irene Wunsch, Arnold Wunsch and Pete Drouth of Milwaukee spent the weekend
at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Franke Wiese and Mrs. Rose Wunsch.
Housewives on part of Second Street and north end had a waterless Tuesday as
work was being done on the main near the John Brown house.
Mrs. E. M. Bartlett of Sanborn, and Mr. and Mrs. William Berwenger of Mason
spent the weekend at the F. L. Engelking and Elmer Schraufnagel homes.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Kuehnast and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hoffman spent the weekend
at Pike Lake.
Mrs. Ralph Cesna returned to Washington DC after spending several weeks with her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ridderbusch.
Mrs. Vern Steffen and sons William and James left this afternoon to spend the
weekend at Appleton with her mother, Mrs. Joseph DeNoble.
