Fradette, John H. (12 November 1904 - 4 May 1973)
Funeral services were held May 7 at Rushmore, Mn. for a Greenwood native, John
H. Fradette, 68, of Rushmore, who died there May 4. The Rev. Roger Todd
officiated and burial was made in the Sunset Rest Cemetery at Rushmore.
John Fradette was born November 12, 1904, at Greenwood to James H. and Jacola
(Mack) Fradette. His marriage took place November 12, 1932, at Whitehall. Mr.
Fradette was a teacher in the Rushmore schools for the past 18 years and taught
previously at schools in Radisson, Minong, White Lake and Haugen in northern
Wisconsin. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Rushmore.
Survivors include his wife, Genevieve, of Rushmore; four children, James of
Helena, Mt., Mildred of Pewaukee, Mary of Rockford, Il., and Jeanne of Fulda, Mn.;
a sister, Lorraine Darling of Neillsville; a brother, Mack J. Fradette of Sauk
City; and 11 grandchildren.
