Kroll, Marianna Marie (Baptism - 13 May 1973)

Marianna Marie Kroll, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merlyn Kroll of Neillsville, was baptized Sunday, May 13, at Calvary Lutheran Church by the Rev. Daniel Litzer. Sponsors were Mr. and mrs. Steven Mabie of Medford. Marianna’s embroidered baptismal gown had also been worn by her cousins, the James Holt children.

The Holt family of Black River Falls and the baby’s maternal grandparents and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Milo Mabie and Kay, also attended the baptism and were dinner guests of the Kroll’s, together with Rev. and Mrs. Litzer, and the Steven Mabie’s, at Bali Hai supper club. Mrs. Jay Haavick and daughter, Beth of Duluth, MN., and Brent and Lynn Litzer joined the group at the Kroll home in the afternoon.
