The name of Kevin Gerard was given to the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence
Stettler, route 1, Abbotsford, when he was baptized Sunday afternoon at St.
Bernard’s Catholic church, Abbotsford. The Rev. Emil Hodnik officiated and the
sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Lettner of Fountain City, cousins of Mr.
Stettler.
To celebrate the occasion, supper was served at the Stettler home. Guests were
the sponsors and the grandparents, Victor Stettler of Colby and Mr. and Mrs.
Reinhold Schaefer of rural Abbotsford.
