------ Ohlinger, Louise (31 OCT 1905 – 20 FEB 1967)
Mrs. Arnold (Louise) Ohlinger, 61, town of Colby, died at 10:31 p.m. Monday,
February 20, at St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held
at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 24, at St. Mary’s Catholic church, Colby. The
Rev. John B. Pinion will officiate, and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
The body will lie in state at Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby. The Christian mothers
and Foresters rosaries were said Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. The general rosary will
be said this evening, February 23, at 8:30 p.m.
Mrs. Ohlinger was born Louise Kesler October 31, 1905, in the town of Colby,
where she lived her entire life. Her marriage to Arnold Ohlinger took place June
2, 1937, at St. Mary’s Catholic church. Mrs. Ohlinger was a member of the
Christian Mothers and Lady Foresters of St. Mary’s parish.
Surviving are her husband and one son, Jerome Ohlinger, Colby; two daughters,
Jovita Bauer, Catawba, and Marion Wavrunek, Abbotsford; five brothers, Harry
Kesler, Marshfield, Oliver, Manawa, Leon, Erwin and Hilber, Milwaukee; two
sisters, Anita Untiedt, Milwaukee, and Lorrina Schacht, Green Bay; her mother,
Mrs. Rose Kesler, Green Bay, and five grand children. She was preceded in death
by a sister.
