Miss Charlotte Halvorson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Halvorson of rural
Colby, and Gary Maldonis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Maldonis, rural Abbotsford,
were united in marriage Saturday morning at Wausau.
In the evening they were honored at a reception attended by about 40 relatives
and friends at the Maldonis home.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Maldonis are making their home in Colby. Both are graduates
of the Colby high school and Mr. Maldonis is employed at Colby at Packaging
Corporation of America. His bride is employed at the Marathon Rubber plant at
Wausau.
